At Craft by Shoppzone, all our products are digital (PDF files, crochet patterns, and other downloadable content). This Digital Delivery Policy explains how and when you will receive your product after placing an order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of Delivery

  • All products sold on craft.shoppzone.com are digital and delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping involved
  • Your product is delivered via email and/or a downloadable link, available across India and internationally, as long as you have internet access

2. Delivery Charges

  • There are no shipping or delivery charges on any order, as no physical product is shipped
  • The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay — no hidden charges

3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are confirmed immediately after successful payment
  • Your download link/file is typically delivered instantly, and in all cases within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a slight delay in delivery, though most orders are still processed automatically

4. How You Will Receive Your Product

  • Your product will be sent to the email address provided at checkout — please double-check it before completing your payment
  • Please check your inbox as well as your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder for the delivery email
  • Depending on the product, you may also be able to access/download your file directly from your order confirmation page or account

5. Non-Delivery or Delay

  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at help.shoppzone@gmail.com with your order details
  • We will promptly resend your download link or resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy

6. Incorrect Email Address

Craft by Shoppzone is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or inactive email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately at help.shoppzone@gmail.com so we can assist you.

7. File Access & Re-download

  • Once delivered, please save your file/patterns to a safe location on your device
  • If you lose access to your file, contact us at help.shoppzone@gmail.com and we will assist you in retrieving it, subject to verification of your original purchase
