3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on Craft by Shoppzone:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if incorrect information is provided
  • Your product (download link/file) will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, so please double-check it before completing payment
  • In case of any technical issue preventing delivery, we will resend the product or issue a refund

  • We accept Prepaid payments only, as our products are digital and delivered instantly
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways

  • Orders are confirmed and delivered only after successful payment

5. Digital Delivery

  • All products are delivered electronically via email/download link — no physical shipping is involved
  • Products are typically delivered instantly or within a few hours of successful payment confirmation
  • Please check your email (including spam/junk folder) for your download link

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product/download link has been delivered
  • Once the product has been delivered/downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled
  • Approved cancellations (before delivery) will be refunded within 5-7 business days

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, returns are not applicable. Refunds are only considered in cases such as duplicate payment, non-delivery, or a corrupted/incorrect file. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
