  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST)
  • No hidden charges — the price you see on the product page is the final price
  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice

2. Digital Delivery

  • All products sold on craft.shoppzone.com are digital (PDF/downloadable files) and delivered electronically
  • There are no shipping or delivery charges, as no physical product is shipped
  • Products are delivered instantly via email/download link after successful payment confirmation
  • Please ensure you provide a valid, active email address at checkout to receive your product

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept Prepaid payments only (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for digital products
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment; access/download links are shared post-payment

4. Discounts & Sale Prices

  • Discounted prices are clearly shown on the product page with original and sale price
  • Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the sale period
  • Discount codes or coupons (if available) must be applied at the time of checkout
  • Craft by Shoppzone reserves the right to modify or end any sale or discount at any time

5. Price Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, Craft by Shoppzone reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you immediately in case of such an error.

6. Currency

All prices on craft.shoppzone.com are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We currently do not support international orders or foreign currency transactions.

7. Price Changes

8. Refunds & Price Adjustments

  • As our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not applicable once the download link has been accessed/downloaded
  • In case of a duplicate payment, failed delivery, or technical error, refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
